This kit is designed to be worked with the instructions contained in either Stumpwork Embroidery: Designs and Projects (page 75) by Jane Nicholas (Milner 1995) or The Complete Book of Stumpwork Embroidery (page 207) by Jane Nicholas (Milner 2005).

Kit Contents

This stumpwork embroidery kit contains all materials required to work this project except for the DMC stranded cottons, which you may already have in your collection: Ivory silk dupion, quilter's muslin, tracing paper, felt, paper-backed fusible web, silk organza, beads and coloured wires. Threads – rayon, cotton and metallic threads, and whole hanks of green fine wool (three shades) and brown DMC soft cotton.
